The Challenge
Reinventing the domestic checking experience in a high traffic area like JAL’s lounge at the Fukuoka’s airport (Japan).
The Outcome
We ran a user test session with an experiential prototype that was simulating the new checking experience.
A successful redesign with a human center approach based on the architectural restrictions of this airport as well as an improvement on the flow, ultimately optimizing the checking experience, making it more enjoyable and seamless.
